Biography

George Sisti, CFP®,  is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner and  the founder of On Course Financial Planning, a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor firm.

 

George graduated with a BS in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1971. After graduation, he served 6 years as a pilot in the United States Air Force, based at McChord AFB, WA.  Since 1978, he has been a pilot for United Airlines.

 

In January 2002, George began studying financial planning at City University in Bellevue, WA.  In November of 2003, he passed the national Certified Financial Planner exam.

 

George established On Course Financial Planning in 2004 to help airline families deal with the new and unexpected financial challenges produced by the upheaval in our industry. He has been a member of the Financial Planning Association since 2004.

 

George serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the Northwest Lions Endowment Board, which benefits community patient care programs under the direction of the Northwest Lions Foundation for Sight and Hearing.

 

When not busy developing long term relationships with clients or flying the line, George enjoys golf and flying radio controlled model airplanes.  He lives in Woodinville, WA with Laura, his wife of 34 years. Their daughter, Jennifer,  lives in Kent with son in law David and  grandsons Tyler and Jackson..
